One Night in Bangkok

Are you prepared for a culinary journey? The tastes of Thailand are alive in every dish at Sala Thai in Fremont, so look no further.

For more than 20 years, Sala Thai has been serving up genuine Thai food, and it is obvious that they are experts in their field. The family-run eatery is warm and welcoming, with traditional and opulent decor, stunning Thai artwork on the walls, and gentle lighting that creates the ideal setting for a meal.

However, let's focus on the actual star of the show, which is the cuisine. From traditional pad Thai to more adventurous selections like the jungle curry, the menu offers a wide range of cuisines. You'll want to try everything, I can assure you of that. With just the proper amount of spice, the tastes are strong and wonderful. Additionally, if you enjoy heat, don't be scared to request it extra spicy since they won't hold back.

The coconut-based soup Tom Kha Gai, which is creamy, tangy, and flavorful, is one of the must-try

dishes. The smell of lemongrass and galangal will take you to the streets of Bangkok, standing at a street food stall as you take in a fork full of their Pad See Ew, a stir-fried noodle dish that has the ideal ratio of sweet and salty flavors and a hint of Chinese broccoli.

You should definitely arrive hungry because the portions are large. The mango sticky rice is a must-have for dessert if you have room. A pleasant and satisfying way to end the meal, the sticky rice and sweet, juicy mango go together perfectly.

Not to be overlooked is the excellent customer service offered by the staff, who will treat you like family. They will be pleased to offer suggestion and assist you through the menu.

Sala Thai is a must-visit regardless of whether you love Thai food or are just discovering it. You'll thank yourself later, I promise.
